YAMAHA VINO 125 CUSTOM

In order to make Vino have higher performance, I up-great the engine system (include cylinder, piston, manifold, carburetor.., etc.), transmission system, suspension, and break....

Cylinder Variator Exhaust Kit (by CS Moto)

Big Bore Cylinder Kit: Direct bolt-on & excellent quality kit with great power, for best performance depends on installed Crankshaft:
- Original size: ø52.4mm x57.8 (124cc, 4V)
- Cylinder ID: ø58.5mm x57.8 (156cc, 4V)
- Wrist Pin OD: ø15.0mm (Stock)

Pulley / Variator Kit: Completed Front Pulley / Variator Drive Kit, rollers spurt faster & smoother to the top, new designed C-Ring ties center coller better then traditional pressing, plate ramp matches with groove angle for best performance, one piece lighten design Drive Face for better performance.

Clutch ASSY.: thick & high friction pads can catch the clutch bowl right on time, transferred full engine power straight to rear wheel.

Clutch Belt: sanding inner surface, steel body with 3D balance adjusting, a must have parts if you want transmission work efficiently.

Genuine Belt: CVT belt likes tire, it has maximum 10,000~12,000km lifetime, we recommend replacing it to maintain the safety & best performance if surface width has reduced 0.1mm+.

Power Exhaust Pipe: 100% made in TAIWAN with excellent quality, designed for people who rides scooter everyday, high quality pipe without louder noise, special design for increase top-end speed, anti-rusty process on front pipe surface to reduce rusty which produced from heat. I recommend performance pulley & rollers installed together when upgrading.

Cylinder connecting: ø26.0mm

Rear Twin Suspension System

To provide better support and a comfortable ride, upgrade the original rear single rear shock suspension by dual rear shock suspension system.

First, we need to welding a new rear suspension linkage for the new suspension shock on the right side of the frame.

Second, we also need to prepare the rear ARM Comp. rear fender (from YAMAHA Cygnus R).

Because we upgrade the suspension shock be dual, so replace the single shock with two YAMAHA Majesty 150 original three-stage adjustable rear shock (length: 330mm, part no. left: 5CA-F2210-00; right: 5CA-F2220-00)

Other small parts such as longer rear drive shaft gears, bearing and crankcase gasket..., etc, (almost all original parts of YAMAHA Cygnus R)

(This upgrade was co-work with CS Moto.)

7/8" (22mm x 710mm) Chrome Tracker Handlebar

Lower handlebar which will not only allow more casual for ride but also let the whole body of YAMAHA Vino seems lower.

General common YAMAHA Vino reduced to drag handlebar modification kits are put too low a font that we use too short plating low width to allow more tracker-bobber style.

Of course, the speedometer position must also be reduced to an appropriate height.

This upgrade need to remove the headlight cover, please refer to this: youtube.

Small Windshield Kit

With the whole handlebar lowered vision, we will also replace the windshield with small one.
This trinkets accidentally bring good visual effects.

  1. Hello my name is Louie and I live in London Ontario Canada, I have a 2005 Yamaha Vino 125 that I would like to do a transmission gear swap in. I would like a little more top end speed, I have installed the 143cc BBK kit and did lots of work on the CVT. I see you used some cygnus gears, would you be able to give me more details as to what you have done. Pitchers, part numbers, what to do I would love to have any information you can give me. I can be reached at l.tzavelas@tvdsb.on.ca
